Bavaria is one of the world’s biggest ship builders for sail boats over 30 feet. Manufacturing has grown steadily during many years and production capacity is now over 3 500 boats per year. The expansion is a real success story and the recipe has remained the same: to offer well planned, well built and price worthy boats with good performance. With German precision production is managed down to the smallest detail and the factory has utilized production technology not only from the car industry but also from the aeroplane industry.

S/Y Victoria

Victoria is a Bavaria 47 and the boat was built in 2001.

Max no. of day guests: 10 (+ skipper)

Comfort: large saloon with space for 10 dinner guests, comfort heating, two hot water showers, three toilets, septic tank, complete kitchen with gas cooker and oven, 480 litre fresh water tank, three batteries, stereo/dvd with projector and i-pod connectivity, land power and bed equipment.

Operation and navigation: New roller main sail and roller genoa from Hamel Sails, gennaker, anchor winch, 230 litre diesel tank, plotter/GPS, two wheels

Sleeping accommodation in cabins:
- Two cabins in fore with space for 2/3 people per cabin in bunk beds (wide bottom bunks) with a shared toilet
- Two cabins in aft with space for two people per cabin with separate toilet and shower

In addition to Swedish, skippers on the S/Y Victoria speak English and Spanish.
